The firm's practice includes a broad range of civil defense matters, from routine liability claims to complex litigation, appellate work, and trial matters. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate seeking meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the ability to manage files from inception through resolution. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, adjusters, and experienced litigators while developing practical courtroom and case-management skills in a supportive environment.
