Location: Charlotte, NC (preferred 1525 W W T Harris Blvd) / Roanoke, VA / Irving (Las Colinas), TX Hybrid

Contract Length: 12 months (possible extension)

Pay Rate: $60 - $65

Top Requirements

1. 5+ years of project or product delivery experience within Business Execution environments
2. Strong experience facilitating meetings, managing timelines, and tracking risks/issues
3. Excellent communication skills with ability to interact across all organizational levels

1. Lending operations or financial services operations experience
2. Experience with LoanIQ or lending platforms
3. Experience working in Agile environments
4. Strong proficiency with tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, SharePoint)

Job Summary

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and support project delivery activities for lending operations initiatives
• Facilitate project meetings and manage communication across stakeholders
• Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across projects
• Evaluate and manage enhancements impacting operations processes
• Coordinate updates to procedures, training materials, and communications
• Partner with operations and technology teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate on solutions across teams
• Act as liaison between leadership, operations, and project teams
• Manage multiple priorities and adjust plans based on shifting business needs
• Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and operational standards
• Support Agile practices and use tools like Jira and SharePoint for tracking
