Physical Therapist Opportunity

This opportunity is based at Bon Secours Community Hospital, a community-focused acute care hospital located in Port Jervis, New York. As part of our inpatient rehabilitation team, you'll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to help patients recover from illness, injury, and surgery while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

About:

Compensation: $65.00 per hour
