We are looking for retired healthcare professionals who want to continue helping others in a meaningful way—without the demands of a traditional clinical environment.
As a Caregiver/Companion, you’ll provide non-medical assistance, companionship, and daily-living support to individuals who want to remain comfortable, independent, and connected in their homes and communities.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with everyday activities and routines
- Provide companionship, conversation, and social engagement
- Offer support with errands, shopping, appointments, and community activities
- Assist with light household tasks and organization
- Encourage independence while providing assistance when needed
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
- Use your healthcare experience to recognize changes in a client's well-being and communicate appropriate concerns
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Treat every individual with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect

- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs)
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

- Other experienced healthcare and caregiving professionals
