CNA - LTC/SNF

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated CNA for a contract position specializing in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. This role involves providing compassionate patient care while ensuring compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
• Support medication administration under supervision and document accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and residents to ensure quality care.
• Comply with facility policies, including ID badge and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license and certification in good standing.
• Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings.
• Ability to work every other weekend and adapt to shift schedules.
• Reliable transportation, as public transit options are limited.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and facility procedures.
