Human Resources Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Mobility Analyst to support our U.S. Global Mobility and Domestic Relocation team. This role is responsible for managing employee transfer data, supporting relocation and immigration processes, preparing payroll-related documentation, and assisting with key mobility programs and projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with confidential information in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support day-to-day global mobility and relocation transactions, including employee file setup and vendor service initiation Enter and maintain international transfer information across multiple systems and databases Respond to questions from transferring employees and mobility vendors Assist with internal audits and elevate issues as needed Calculate, prepare, and process payroll documentation, including loans and tax forms Maintain tracking reports and databases utilizing Microsoft Excel Draft transfer-related documentation, including offer letters and employment verification letters Generate, analyze, and distribute reports on an ongoing and ad hoc basis Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all mobility programs Support U.S. immigration processes through accurate data management Assist with Global Mobility projects, including W-2 distribution, salary reviews, bonus administration, home leave programs, and year-end activities Coordinate meetings and provide general administrative support to the team Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Previous Human Resources and/or Global Mobility experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Experience with SAP HR is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Process-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance *Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
