You will be responsible for:

It's consultative, technical, and relationship-driven - and incredibly rewarding for the right person. The Role We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow the South Central region. You will be responsible for:
- Hunting and developing new business
- Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through close
- Working across multiple stakeholders and long buying cycles
- Partnering closely with design and internal teams to deliver the right solution
- This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build something real in a territory - not just "cover" it.
- Truly enjoys hunting for new business
- Is personable, credible, and driven to get things done
- Believes failure is not an option and stays persistent
- Competes hard but works well on a team
- Is highly organized and does not let details slip
- Is teachable and open to learning a proven sales process
- Enjoys working with smart, thoughtful customers
- Is comfortable traveling regularly (3-8 overnights per month)
- Wants responsibility, not hand-holding
- Prospect and develop business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, research, cold calling, and industry events
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and customers
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close
- Maintain accurate, real-time records in Salesforce
- Conduct onsite sales calls and gather accurate field dimensions
- Consult with customers to evaluate workspace needs and recommend solutions
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal design teams throughout the process
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
- At least 1 year of outside B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage a multi-state sales territory
- Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly
- Up to ~50% travel
- Typically 3-8 overnight stays per month
- Must live within the territory and near a major airport
- Travel expenses covered via company credit card
- Base salary: $70,000 (non-negotiable)
- Uncapped, tiered commission based on gross sales
- Approximate Year-One OTE: $110,000
- Established reps earn $100K-$125K+
- Top performers earn $150K-$180K
