Indirect Procurement Manager
Marvin
Marvin is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management for non-production categories such as MRO, facilities, IT, and professional services. In this role, you will develop and execute category strategies, run RFx events, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings while maintaining quality and service. Partnering closely with operations, finance, and engineering, you’ll analyze spend, consolidate suppliers, and ensure policy and regulatory compliance. As part of Marvin’s people-first culture, you’ll help build scalable procurement processes, support continuous improvement, and grow your career with a stable, innovative manufacturer.
