Litigation Associate

Litigation Associate Salary: $125,000 – $160,000 per year; Location: White Plains, NY; Employment type: On-Site, Permanent Job Details Summary: We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience specializing in the defense of civil rights, employment discrimination cases, or general liability defense practice. The Associate will handle an own caseload for court appearances, hearings, oral arguments, written and document discovery, depositions, and conduct complex legal research and drafting of motions and other written submissions. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admission to practice law in New York Demonstrated interest in employment discrimination and civil rights/constitutional law litigation and/or general litigation.
