What You’ll Do:

Clinical Leadership & Care Oversight

• Lead all wellness operations, including nursing and caregiver teams

• Ensure timely assessments, individualized care plans, and accurate documentation

• Oversee medication management (ordering, administration, compliance)

• Coordinate care with providers and respond to resident health needs

• Drive fall prevention, incident management, and quality outcomes

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing care team

• Manage staffing schedules, coverage, and workforce planning

• Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing education to team members

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with Florida AHCA regulations and community policies

• Lead survey readiness efforts and regulatory audits

• Maintain accurate records and uphold resident rights and privacy

Operations & Financial Management

• Manage department budget, payroll, and staffing costs

• Identify efficiencies while maintaining exceptional care standards

• Provide clinical on-call support as needed

Resident & Family Experience

• Build strong relationships with residents and families

• Communicate care plans and provide education and support

• Promote wellness programs that enhance quality of life

What You Bring

✔ Active RN or LPN license in Florida
✔ CPR certification
✔ 3–5+ years of experience in senior living or healthcare leadership
✔ Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations
✔ Experience with staffing, budgeting, and EHR systems
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field

Additional Requirements

• Ability to assist with resident mobility (with support)

• Participation in on-call rotation

• TB screening, background check, and compliance with safety standards
