Become a Key Player as an AI Workflow Architect, Business Operations

You will design and deliver a maintainable, AI-enabled knowledge and query layer that lets leadership and teammates get high-level answers immediately. Your work will reduce manual coordination across PMM, marketing, analytics, and finance partners and establish lightweight processes the team can sustain. This role is Hybrid (San Jose or San Francisco, CA).

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Build a central knowledge repository that captures structured inputs (test results, project updates, recurring info) in a consistent, maintainable format.
• Implement an AI query layer that provides accurate, high-level summaries on demand for authorized users.
• Deliver an end-state experience enabling org leadership and teammates to query the tool for initial answers without ad hoc coordination.
• Create lightweight processes and documentation to keep the repository current and sustainable beyond the engagement window.
• Potentially partner with Analytics and Finance to surface commonly used metrics and reduce manual pulling and reconciliation.

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Operations mindset with demonstrated ability to design workflows that teams will adopt and maintain.
• Hands-on fluency with enterprise AI platforms and agent frameworks; ability to build with these platforms immediately.
• Proven track record of building and shipping AI-powered tools or orchestrating platform-based solutions.
• Ability to scope quickly, operate with ambiguity, and deliver a working tool within a ~6-month engagement.
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and data partners.
• MBA preferred + 5 years of experience OR equivalent practical experience.

• Experience integrating or surfacing data from multiple sources toward self-serve metric access.
• Prior experience in or alongside a Strategy & Operations function.
