Commercial HVAC Test & Service Technician
PPS is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Test & Service Technicians to join a growing service organization. If you enjoy troubleshooting complex HVAC systems, solving customer problems, and working both independently and as part of a professional team, we'd like to speak with you.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- Service air handlers, condensers, compressors, pumps, controls, motors, thermostats, and related equipment.
- Replace filters, belts, fans, motors, and other system components.
- Test, calibrate, and optimize HVAC system performance.
- Communicate repair recommendations and service options with customers.
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
- Travel to customer facilities throughout the service region.
What We're Looking For
- Commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of electrical controls and refrigeration systems
- EPA Certification preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to travel approximately 50%
- Valid driver's license
