As a Lead Recreation Attendant, you’re not just supervising daily recreation operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Attributes 1 year supervisor customer service background in a fast paced environment ideal. A service heart to deliver a high level of service to our guests and team members. Ability to work outdoors during any season climate. Shift Pattern: 10-hour shift (Schedule shell: 7:00am - 8:00pm) 4 days a week that would include weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required. Responsibilities Supervise recreation operations: Oversee recreation-related pool, fitness center, and food & beverage services, activities, and programming Lead the recreation team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members Oversee recreation set up: Manage chair and cabana setup, towel service, and personalized poolside amenities; oversee furniture setup for special events Deliver exceptional service: Monitor service quality, engage with guests to assess satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Manage inventory and supplies: Oversee linen, amenities, and food & beverage inventory to ensure proper stock levels and minimize loss Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team Member A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
