This role, based in a fast-paced step-down unit, offers a unique opportunity for expertise in both Meditech and Midas systems. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Manager

• Perform case management assessments
• Develop and oversee discharge planning processes

Requirements of the RN - Case Manager

• Minimum 1-year current acute care case manager RN experience
• Active KS RN licensure or licensed social worker
• BLS certification
• Experience with Meditech and Midas systems preferred
• Previous HCA hospital experience is a plus
