Responsibilities
- Circulate during operative cases by assisting surgeons and the anesthesia team and coordinating flow of equipment, supplies, and staff.
- Ensure patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care; monitor, respond to changes, and document observations as part of the nursing plan.
- Participate in preoperative assessment, care planning, and nursing treatment to support the surgical team.
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure equipment readiness; communicate needs to the team to support efficient, safe procedures.
- This position is represented by CNA.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license to practice in California (or eligible/compact license)
- OR Circulator experience or demonstrated perioperative nursing knowledge
- Ability to work in rotating 8-hour shifts within a fast-paced perioperative setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and staff
