Job Overview:

This job is for a Lead Technical Program Manager.


Your main job is to lead big technology projects


You'll make sure projects run smoothly, finish on time, and meet business goals.


You'll work with many teams (like engineering, product, and business) and make sure everyone is moving in the same direction.


You'll also solve problems, manage budgets, and help teams work better using modern tools and methods like Agile.

What You'll Do
• Plan and manage projects: Decide what needs to be done, by when, and by whom.
• Solve problems early: Spot risks or delays and fix them before they become serious.
• Work with different teams: Coordinate between technical and business people so everyone stays aligned.
• Use data: Track progress using data and reports to see what's working and what needs to improve.
• Encourage modern ways of working: Support Agile and DevOps practices so teams can deliver faster and better.
• Communicate clearly: Keep leaders and teams updated, and help them make decisions.

What You Need to Have
• Experience: At least 5 years managing big technical projects or programs in a large company.
• Leadership skills: Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and handle multiple priorities.
• Technical knowledge: Understand software systems, cloud platforms (like AWS or Google Cloud), and how technical teams work.
• Analytical skills: Break down big goals into smaller tasks and measure progress.
• Good communication: Be able to explain technical things clearly to both technical and non-technical people.

Nice to Have
• Know how to use tools like JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Some experience with cloud computing (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Understand Agile and DevOps ways of working (like CI/CD pipelines).
