This role involves a blend of administrative leadership, supervising advanced practice providers and developing clinical policies, alongside direct patient care for routine check-ups, preventive care, and chronic disease management. The schedule offers flexibility with options for 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts per week. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct routine check-ups and provide preventive care, including annual physical exams, vaccinations, health screenings, and wellness advice. Manage chronic diseases, offering treatment for ongoing conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, and heart disease. Address acute illnesses including common colds, flu, ear infections, sore throats, and minor injuries like sprains and cuts. Support and supervise advanced practice providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants). Develop, review, and implement clinical policies, protocols, and practice guidelines. Participate in administrative meetings, leadership planning, and strategic initiatives. Oversee the performance and professional development of clinical staff.
