IT System Engineer (Tier 2.5) MSP

Key Responsibilities Design and support client network and computing infrastructure Administer servers and virtual server clusters Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software Monitor and enhance network performance and security Manage system backups and restore protocols Document network issues and solutions Travel to client sites as needed and participate in on-call support rotation Create and maintain detailed documentation for hardware, networks, and systems Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred 3-5 years of experience in network administration and design 1-2 years of IT management experience Proficiency with Windows, macOS, HP/Aruba, Cisco Systems, and SonicWall Experience with network infrastructure, web development, Azure, AWS, VMWare, and Active Directory Strong communication skills and ability to create clear reports and documentation Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively Ideal Candidate A Tier 2.5 engineer with experience in network rebuilds and migrations Motivated, with a strong personality and drive Comfortable with both Windows and macOS, networking, M365, GSuite, and cybersecurity A team player who is curious, open-minded, and eager to grow professionally Salary $80,000 – $95,000, based on experience Benefits 401(k) with company match 90% company-paid health insurance (60% for dependents) 100% vision and dental coverage Free gym membership Generous PTO, including federal holidays and your birthday Annual bonuses based on gross revenue Comprehensive training and development, including certifications and professional growth programs Why You'll Love Working With Us We're dedicated to your professional development, offering extensive training, certifications, and career advancement opportunities.
