Assistant Manager - Fast Casual Restaurant

Tampa, FL | $60,000-$65,000

A growing fast-casual restaurant brand in the Tampa area is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead teams, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing people.


What You'll Do

  • Support the General Manager in daily FOH/BOH operations
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to uphold brand standards
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality guest service and effective service recovery
  • Manage scheduling, shift execution, and labor efficiency
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and basic cost-control practices
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • Assist with training, onboarding, and performance development
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture that drives results
