Description:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and kitchen areas.
- Remove trash and recycling throughout shifts.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing duties.
- Restock kitchen supplies as needed.
- Support banquet and culinary staff during high-volume events.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful but not required.
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
