Project Manager- Marketing

Responsibilities Manage dedicated client relationships and all related client interface in partnership with senior designers. Provide strategic oversight in the development, execution and implementation of branded communications including print collateral, new media, environmental communications, and other materials ranging from multi‑component systems to discrete projects. Collaborate with the internal client base, design team, production manager and other stakeholders to develop project scope, production schedule, and strategy for assigned deliverables. Create and execute solutions consistent with client budget parameters, while exploring innovative ways to maximize budget. Maintain and update project database and generate relevant reports. Work closely with Channel Marketing Managers, Digital Engagement leads, and other marketing teams. Collaborate with Channel Marketing and Global Digital Engagement on campaign readouts, virtual event preparation, paid media, owned digital platform updates, and NA Channel Marketing initiatives. Assess current team processes, partner with the team to develop and maintain process documentation. Assist with conference and sponsored event preparation. Audit digital channel web experiences, including competitive review and best practices. Administer Channel and Digital Engagement efforts: schedule meetings, develop agendas, circulate minutes, maintain web tracking, manage compliance approvals, and update internal bi‑monthly distribution emails. Qualifications Experience as Account or Project Manager within a creative department. Experience as Account or Project Manager in financial services or related industries/clients preferred. Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, communication, organizational, project management, facilitation and presentation skills. Strong relationship and vendor management skills. Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Skills Marketing or communications degree, or equivalent experience. 1–3 years of relevant work experience (internships acceptable). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Software Advanced proficiency in Excel. Proficient use of PowerPoint to communicate complex ideas simply. Nice to Haves Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Workfront, or MarkTrack. Background Bachelor’s degree – Marketing, Communications, Data Science or related field preferred.
