What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in emergency department settings
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to quickly assess and manage low to moderate acuity cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and work efficiently under pressure
• Certification as a Physician Assistant and active state licensure

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working night shifts or varied schedules
• Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiencies
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency or urgent care experience preferred
• Current NCCPA certification and valid state licensure

Other Requirements:

• Local candidates only - must reside within the area
• Availability to work the assigned shifts:
  • Night shift: 10 PM - 8 AM at Southwood
  • Day shifts: 1 PM - 11 PM, 11 AM - 9 PM, or 9 AM - 7 PM at Gwinnett
• Willingness to travel or receive licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements as applicable
