Quality Inspector

Job Description This position is responsible for quality assurance checks and inspections on manufactured parts. Complete inspections and sort materials that are able to be re-processed Complete calibrations and visual quality assurance assessments Coordinate with quality assurance team for customer and supplier claims Assist with quality audits Qualifications Knowledge of divisional machining processes and capabilities Knowledge of divisional manufactured parts & customer base Experience working with stainless steel materials and processing preferred Knowledge of gage calibration systems and gage calibrations High level of attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience on Company production floor or a similar environment Why Work for Olympic Steel Olympic Steel offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits; paid holidays and vacation; a 401(k) match; tuition reimbursement; and various opportunities to earn cash bonuses.
