Summary The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales, operations, and security to meet commercial targets and elevate the client experience. This role provides on-floor leadership, coaches team members, and assumes oversight of the store in the Director's absence. The Team Manager drives guest-centric service and operational excellence to deliver the brand experience. Responsibilities Coach, guide, and support sales and operations to achieve store commercial and KPI targets. Provide management presence on the sales floor and model exceptional client service and hospitality. Drive client development activities and manage key client relationships to grow sales. Recruit, train, and develop talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performance team culture. Ensure operational efficiency, back-of-house organization, and compliance with internal controls. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience. Proven track record in sales generation and managing commercial results. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and client tracking tools.
