Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Skilled Nursing Facility | Full-Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who brings energy, compassion, and a team-first mindset to help patients move better, feel stronger, and get back to what they love. What You’ll Do: Evaluate patients and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs Monitor and document patient progress and modify plans as necessaryMaintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Current Physical Therapist Assistant state licensure CPR and BLS certification Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills New graduates are welcome to apply Benefits: Competitive salary including annual evaluations Strong culture Health, dental, life and vision insurance Continuing education/licensure reimbursement Paid time off, holiday and sick pay 401(k) Supportive team environment EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr Gilder Search GroupVacancy posted 3 days ago
