Life Plan Community Development Lead

Kendal Corporation

The Kendal Corporation seeks a Development Project Manager to lead multi-year Life Plan Community projects across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. You'll drive opportunities from early assessment through occupancy, coordinating architects, engineers, planners, and finance partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will guide design, entitlements, zoning, permitting, and regulatory approvals, while collaborating with Affiliate communities and internal teams to expand Kendal's campus #J-18808-Ljbffr Kendal Corporation
