Skilled Nursing Facility Clinical Fellow SLP in Talent, OR

Help make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a contract Speech Language Pathologist. You'll work in a school-based environment, collaborating with educators and families to support student communication needs. Whether you're a Clinical Fellow (CFY) or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), your expertise is essential in helping children reach their fullest potential.


Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• Valid Oregon state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Accepting Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY) and those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans tailored to each student
• Work directly with students in both individual and group settings to provide evidence-based interventions
• Document progress and communicate results with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities
• Serve as a resource to school staff regarding speech and language concerns
