Branch Office Administrator The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals. The primary role is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. BOAs are a valued part of the client support team, with diverse experiences that drive success. Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you will support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience, while growing your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Support We Provide Comprehensive 6‑month training with an experienced peer mentor A wide support network from branch office to region to home office Independent work with a large team backing you every step of the way Can You See Yourself… Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed Playing an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year Actively listening for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events What Skills Would Make You a Successful BOA Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Adaptability Conversational Skills Digital Tool Utilization Team Collaboration Role Requirements Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the guidance of the financial advisor. Manage scheduling, prepare materials for client meetings, handle correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing on the branch business plan. Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, and other firm‑provided software.
