Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design tailored therapy approaches that support them in achieving their desired outcomes.

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Utilize evidence-based methods to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive care that attends to every aspect of the patient's well-being.

Educate Patients and Families: Offer instruction to patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques that encourage sustained progress at home.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to ensure patients remain on their recovery path.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Encouragement for ongoing education or specialty certifications as part of personal development.

Current OTR/L license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
