DSP Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one support based on each person's needs and preferencesSupport independence as a DSP by assisting the people we support with their daily activities, which can range from personal hygiene to meal preparationDSPs will create a supportive and caring atmosphere for the people we support while positively contributing to their emotional well-being and social connections DSP Requirements:A valid NYS Driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
