Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate (Press Operator / Packager)

Location: Canfield, OH Job Type: Full-Time (MondaySaturday) Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd

We are hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates to join our aluminum extrusion facility in Canfield, Ohio. This is a hands-on, team-based role working as a Press Operator or Packager, depending on production needs. No prior manufacturing experience required training provided for reliable, motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Work in teams to load and unload aluminum parts on press equipment
• Package finished aluminum materials for shipment
• Tape, fold, seal, and stack boxes
• Clean scrap and maintain press and saw areas
• Assist with basic press maintenance (spraying, waxing, soaping)
• Read production schedules and follow work instructions
• Support quality and production flow
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and handling light but longer materials
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation required
• Physically able to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and varying temperatures
• Pre-employment drug screen required (THC not tested)
