Residential Evaluator | Outside SalesArrow Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Residential Evaluator / Outside Sales position. If so, please read on!Position SummaryThe Residential Evaluator builds relationships with homeowners by identifying their pest control needs and recommending solutions to protect their homes and families. This position requires strong sales and customer service skills, including relationship building, needs analysis, proposing solutions, follow-up, and closing techniques. The Residential Evaluator is expected to manage their sales opportunities, work independently with limited supervision, and contribute as part of a team while working toward short- and long-term sales goals.Our Residential Evaluators enjoy a company vehicle and other benefits including:generous time off,11 paid holidays,401(k) with company match, Roth IRA,medical, dental and vision insurance,high deductible HSA,telemedicine,disability, cancer, and accident insurance,health & wellness suitecompany-paid + additional, optional, life insurance.Essential Functions:Interact and communicate professionally with co-workers, customers, and prospective customers.Meet with homeowners to identify pest control needs and recommend appropriate company-provided solutions.Inspect residential properties for signs of pests, termites, rodents, and other pest-related concerns utilizing company-approved equipment.Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and provide solutions based on the condition of the home.Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.Follow up with prospective customers and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales process.Learn and utilize the company IPM Program to recommend solutions for pest concerns.Explain service procedures, treatment options, and recommendations to customers.Must have or obtain the ability to identify various types of pests and rodents.Should be able to obtain state-specific licenses with the Department of Agriculture as required by state regulations.Attend training meetings on a regular basis at service sites, the Atlanta, GA home office, and other company training locations as needed.Use and maintain proper company-approved safety equipment.Maintain a professional appearance.Maintain an acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks in accordance with company policy.Perform duties required by management.Required Knowledge:Knowledge of successful sales techniques.Relationship building.Pipeline management.Time management.Computer skills.Ability to graph properties, complete Service Agreements, and complete applicable paperwork.Basic math skills.Strong communication skills.Ability to utilize ladders and access tight spaces, including crawling and kneeling when necessary.Minimum Qualifications:Drug Free.Able to pass background check.Ability to obtain state-required licensing.Minimum of a High School Degree.Professional appearance.Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.ABOUT OUR FAMILY OF BRANDSArrow Exterminators has been a family owned and operated business since our start in 1964.
