Production Worker

Join our production team as a Production Worker in our fragrance manufacturing facility, earning $15.50/hour on a unique 4-day work week. Work Monday through Thursday nights and enjoy 3-day weekends every week while packing premium home fragrance products. What You'll Do Pack finished wax oils and home fragrance products from conveyor belts into shipping boxes Stack packed boxes onto pallets for distribution and shipping Rotate between different production machines to maintain smooth workflow Maintain accuracy and steady pace while working as part of a production team Lift products up to 15 pounds throughout your shift Follow safety protocols and quality standards to ensure product integrity Complete safety orientation and onboarding training on your first day What You Bring Required Ability to stand for extended periods during 10.5-hour shifts Physical capability to lift up to 15 pounds repeatedly Attention to detail for accurate packing and quality control Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Previous production or packaging experience Familiarity with conveyor belt operations Schedule & Shift Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2 :30 AM Pay & Compensation $15. 0 0 per hour Ready to start your Production Worker career with a company that values work-life balance?
