We're looking for elite sales professionals ready to prove themselves and grow into leadership through our Sales Manager in Training program. 2-Quarter Leadership Track Quarter 1: Sales Excellence Master our proven in-home sales process Sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors Lead by example through performance, accountability, and professionalism Achieve key performance benchmarks Quarter 2: Leadership Development Mentor and coach new sales representatives Lead trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs Drive accountability, culture, and results Help develop future top performers What We're Looking For 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry Proven success selling high-ticket products or services Strong communication skills with leadership potential Competitive mindset and desire to build a high-performing team Compensation & Benefits $150,000-$300,000+ uncapped earning potential Weekly commission pay + Performance bonuses Medical, Dental & Vision benefits after 30 days Leadership coaching and career development Company-paid incentive trips and recognition Schedule Full-time Weekend availability required Occasional travel for training and leadership development If you're looking for qualified leads, uncapped income, and a clear path into leadership, Home Genius Exteriors gives you the training, opportunity, and support to build an exceptional career.
