Desired Background & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Demonstrated expertise in pediatric and school-based SLP services
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in a school or healthcare setting working with children is preferred

Your Contributions Will Include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Delivering direct therapy services to address communication disorders in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborating consistently with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop and implement student goals
• Keeping thorough, compliant documentation and progress notes
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and intervention strategies
• Supporting and educating families and staff on strategies to enhance student communication
