Patient Care Services Manager

Rural Psychiatry Associates is seeking an experienced and compassionate nursing leader to join our growing organization as a Patient Care Services Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an RN leader who is passionate about improving patient care, supporting clinical teams, and expanding access to mental health services in rural communities across the country. In this role, you will oversee nursing operations, patient access services, and direct patient care staff while partnering with leadership to improve workflows, enhance patient experiences, and maintain high standards of care.
