Plant (Site) Manager

In this essential role, you will oversee the operations of a Renewable Natural Gas facility, ensuring safe and compliant processing of landfill gas. As the on-site leader, you will work closely with a talented team and various stakeholders to align operational objectives with environmental goals. Your efforts will directly enhance production efficiency and sustainability while promoting a strong culture of safety and accountability across the site. Key Responsibilities Lead the safe and compliant operation of the Renewable Natural Gas facility, overseeing all aspects from gas collection to processing and distribution. Ensure operational alignment among various stakeholders, maintaining a focus on production targets and continuous improvement. Manage site-level performance, including safety, environmental compliance, and P&L accountability, to drive operational excellence. Develop, lead, and mentor a team while fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability throughout the facility. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial operations, focusing on safety compliance and operational efficiency. Proven supervisory experience leading teams in an industrial setting, ensuring performance alignment with production objectives. Demonstrated expertise in technical troubleshooting within complex operational systems, enhancing reliability and efficiency. Knowledge of regulatory standards and how they impact operations in the energy or renewable sectors.
