Lunds & Byerlys Glen Lake, 14400 Excelsior Blvd, Minnetonka, Minnesota, United States of America Job Description Posted Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 6:00 AM Lunds & Byerlys Glen Lake is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing part-time FoodE Expert to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a part -time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $22-$29/hr. We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm . For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 9:00am-6:00pm. FOODE EXPERT RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and assist customers Conduct store demos and tours, showcasing key food products, nutrition benefits, and meal solutions Oversee in-store vendor demos, ensuring quality, customer service, and proper execution Manage the demo and tour program, including scheduling, supplies, setup, signage, and budget Act as an Aisle Ambassador, providing product knowledge, meal ideas, and recipe suggestions Support company events, health and wellness programs, social media content, and attend FoodE Expert meetings OUR IDEAL FOODE EXPERT Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed Respectful - empathetic and appreciative of our customers and team Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking retail solutions Hospitable - provides a friendly face and welcoming environment MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Experience or training in culinary arts, including food preparation, food instruction, and meal and event planning BENEFITS & PERKS PTO (paid time off) Pay on demand Ancillary benefits of dental, vision, life insurance, and accidental coverage (varies by location) Tuition reimbursement and scholarships 10% employee and family discount Ongoing trainings and leadership development opportunities Community and volunteer programs Employee referral bonus Product samplings Chance to be nominated as a brand champion!
