Job Number: 262513 - Full-time Wednesday - Sunday, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Job overview: Be accountable for the daily operations of a specific department within the warehouse as a Warehouse Team Leader in Orla, TX. Oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities and functions. Create and sustain a high-performance environment through strong leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and adhere to warehouse operational standards.
• Ensure freight is being moved to and from the warehouse in a timely fashion.
• Maintain an efficient warehouse work environment.
• Manage and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Allocate, supervise and distribute work amongst team members.
• Provide training to team members.

Skills and qualifications: One to two years of warehouse experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Leadership experience preferred. Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.
