Responsibilities As a Speech Language Pathologist, you help patients recover their power. You facilitate communication, swallowing, and work to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits. You take responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of rehab services, design plans, and work with patients to execute them. You address the whole patient, treating them as an individual, designing programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance speech and communication abilities. You adapt to patient needs, enjoy variety, and support peers and referrals. You train patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a similarly titled area acceptable to the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association. Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice. Compensation Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 – USD $55.00 /hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
