Advertising Coordinator

Supporting the sales and marketing team, the full-time Advertising Coordinator will manage campaign performance reports, pitch event photography packages, and assist with print production while working remotely from New York City. Key responsibilities Produce and distribute weekly campaign performance reports for key accounts Proactively pitch event photography sales packages and write event recaps Support print production, including monitoring submissions and creating event schedules Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field preferred Proven background in marketing, client communications, and production Hands-on experience with event planning and vendor coordination Familiarity with the interior design or lifestyle industry is a strong plus Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic analytics reporting
