Job Description As the top‑ranked ServiceNow solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications. Responsibilities Configure the ServiceNow ITSM application Carry out unit‑testing and defect resolution Carry out migration of the changes to production Assist with technical design and documentation Requirements 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development Bonus Points: ITSM experience ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification Security+ certification HRSD experience CMDB experience ITOM experience Security Clearance Active TS/SCI clearance required Location & Compensation As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the following states: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
