Field Claims & Project Support Specialist

BlueScope North America

BlueScope North America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Project Manager by handling field issue reports from Builders, coordinating resolutions, and serving as the customer contact throughout the claims process. The role involves collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Project Management to finalize resolutions, tracking claim status, and developing root-ccause analyses and training to improve processes. Prior PEMB and AutoCAD exposure is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr BlueScope North America
