Role Description

This full-time Site Manager role is an on-site position based in Tampa, FL. The Site Manager oversees day-to-day property operations, including resident relations, lease administration, rent collection, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating unit turns, managing maintenance and repairs, conducting regular property inspections, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. The Site Manager collaborates with ownership and corporate leadership to implement property improvement plans, monitor occupancy and financial performance, and support marketing and leasing efforts. This role requires consistent on-site presence to address resident needs promptly and to support a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• Property operations skills, including lease administration, rent collection, unit turn coordination, and vendor management.
• Resident-facing skills, such as conflict resolution, customer service, and building strong, long-term resident relationships.
• Organizational skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, basic budgeting, and reporting on occupancy and property performance.
• Leadership skills to supervise on-site staff, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain accountability for property standards.
• Ability to interpret and follow housing regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in basic office software and property management systems.
• Prior experience in multifamily property management, residential leasing, or a related housing or hospitality field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education or relevant certifications in property management are a plus. xhyhwjd
• Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL, including occasional evenings or weekends as property needs arise.
