Phoenix, Arizona Full-time | $135,000–$140,000, depending on experience Valet Vet Mobile Veterinary Services is hiring an associate veterinarian who wants to practice high-quality medicine without the pace, noise, and relentless appointment volume of a traditional veterinary hospital. Each veterinarian is paired with a dedicated veterinary technician for the entire day. Your technician drives the company vehicle between appointments, manages navigation, helps transport and organize equipment, assists with patient restraint and treatments, and keeps the mobile workflow moving. Our veterinarians generally see six to seven carefully scheduled home visits per day . What your day looks like Four-day workweek Six to seven home visits per day Dedicated veterinary technician with you throughout the day Your technician drives the company vehicle Company vehicle, fuel, equipment, and medical supplies provided Appointments are scheduled and routed by our support team Dedicated CSR and operations support AI-assisted SOAP documentation to reduce after-hours charting No crowded waiting room No walk‑ins No nights No on‑call responsibilities No Non‑Competes! This is still real veterinary medicine. You will see wellness appointments, sick patients, chronic disease cases, senior pets, diagnostic workups, hospice patients, and end‑of‑life appointments. The difference is that you have the time and support to focus on the patient in front of you. Comprehensive mobile medicine Valet Vet is more than a vaccine or convenience service. We provide full‑service veterinary care for dogs and cats in our clients’ homes. Our team has access to equipment and services including: Digital radiography In‑house laboratory equipment Anesthesia monitoring Preventive and sick‑patient care Senior and chronic disease management Hospice and in‑home euthanasia Routine soft‑tissue surgery and dentistry Surgical and dental procedures are performed in our mobile surgical unit—not inside a client’s home. Surgical experience is welcome but is not required. If you prefer not to do surgery, that’s ok too.
