Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with an array of patients who face complex mental health challenges. Many individuals may have co-occurring medical conditions that complicate their mental health needs, requiring a comprehensive understanding of how these factors interplay. Your ability to tailor therapeutic interventions and demonstrate empathy will be crucial in helping patients navigate their challenges and improving their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

  • Proven experience in addressing mental health needs for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective patient interaction and collaboration with colleagues.

  • Strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality in accordance with ethical guidelines.

  • Proficient in using computer applications and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience working in an integrated care setting, particularly in telehealth.

  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
