Emergency Room RNLocation: ArizonaAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays. 36 hours scheduled with 24 hours guaranteed.Job Description: As an Emergency Room RN, you will provide critical care in a fast-paced environment, meeting the urgent needs of patients. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality healthcare and ensure patient safety. You are expected to perform effectively under pressure, have excellent critical thinking skills, and be prepared to manage emergencies.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive care to patients in the emergency department.Conduct assessments and provide appropriate interventions.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes to the medical team.Document patient care activities according to facility policies.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 24 months of recent Emergency Room experience required.BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from an approved vendor are required.Active Arizona RN license with no disciplinary actions.Driver's license to verify residency.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
