Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to manage your schedule with flexibility. While working from home, you will serve clients in an outpatient setting and will maintain regular engagement with a supportive team. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., enabling a balanced work-life integration. You will have the autonomy to structure your client sessions while adhering to company policies and protocols, promoting an environment conducive to personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client mental health status, formulating detailed treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including diagnoses, treatment plan updates, and clinical notes in accordance with company policy.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing effective therapy sessions that adhere to best practices in mental health care.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals to meet the holistic needs of clients.

• Utilize innovative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to empower clients in achieving their goals and improving their well-being.

• Communicate effectively with case managers, families, and other professionals involved in client care to ensure coordinated and comprehensive treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and whole families. You will engage with clients facing various mental health challenges, including stressors related to relationships, family dynamics, addiction, and transitions in life. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Strong foundational knowledge of family therapy techniques and community resources.

• Experience in completing diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Direct experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.

Preferred Experience

• Proven ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Experience working with a diverse client base, allowing for an inclusive therapeutic approach.

• Familiarity with fee collection processes and mental health documentation protocols is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

• Must pass a background check as required by state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
