Sentara Vascular Specialists is now hiring a Full-Time Vascular Lab Technologist (Medical Sonographer) in Newport News, VA!


Hours: Full-Time, Day Shift, Mon-Fri


Overview


A Vascular Lab Technologist performs non-invasive vascular testing procedures and writes preliminary interpretations. Assists physician in determination of appropriate testing based on clinical assessment and symptoms.


Certification/Licensure

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI (Required)
• Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) Cert required OR Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) required

Experience

• Related experience - 1 year preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $42.29 - $62.83 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
