Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive dialysis care utilizing all RT modalities during night shift. Offer on-call support four nights per six-week schedule to ensure round-the-clock patient treatment coverage in TP and West regions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer dialysis treatments across all RT modalities following clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Respond to after-hours on-call needs to support ongoing patient care.
• Document treatment procedures, patient reactions, and adverse events accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Possess valid dialysis technician certification or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all RT modalities commonly used in dialysis treatment.
• Have prior experience working night shifts and on-call schedules.
• Exhibit strong patient assessment and communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
